any appointments created without an active membership will be cancelled. If you intend to book an appointment slot but do not have a membership, you can purchase one through our website or in store prior to making an appointment.
Guest Policy: Members are permitted to bring one guest with them, however, please be aware that non-member guests will be required to share a booth with the member in which they are accompanying. Gold Family members with a PAL will be required to book an additional appointment slot if a second lane is desired.
